Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant specializing in Enterprise Networking and Mobility to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) with extensive hands-on experience in enterprise networking (switching and routing),mobility (wireless/access points) and Cisco Security. This role involves working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, ensuring that our solutions meet the complex needs of our clients.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Sales Support:


Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate networking,Security and mobility solutions.

Provide technical expertise and presentations to clients, demonstrating how our solutions meet their business needs.

Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and technical workshops.

Solution Design and Proposal:


Design and architect enterprise networking and mobility solutions, including switching, routing, wireless, and access points.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including network diagrams, solution descriptions, and bill of materials (BOM).

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:


Engage with customers to gather technical requirements, address queries, and build strong relationships.

Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on networking and mobility trends and technologies.

Support post-sales activities, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:


Work closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and support, to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Cisco technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and sales staff.

Qualifications:

Education:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Certifications:


CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) - Required

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) - Required

Additional certifications such as CWNA (Certified Wireless Network Administrator) or other relevant networking/mobility certifications are a plus.

Experience:


5 + years of experience in enterprise networking and mobility, with hands-on expertise in switching, routing, wireless, and access points.

Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, supporting sales teams and engaging with customers.

Technical Skills:


Deep understanding of Cisco networking technologies, including routers, switches, and wireless solutions.

Proficient in designing and implementing enterprise network architectures.

Strong knowledge of wireless networking, including access point configuration, wireless security, and performance optimization.

Experience with network management and monitoring tools.

Soft Skills:


Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for customers.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
