Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Manager-MEP Interior Fitouts at Revlon Buildtech located in Bengaluru. The Project Manager-MEP Interior Fitouts will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) interior fitout projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in MEP interior fitout projects
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and components, building codes, and regulations
  • Knowledge of HVAC,FAS and Building automation is a must.
  • Should have Experience of 4-5 years in the industry
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Should have execution experience in commercial projects
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • PMP certification is a plus
