ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced Research & Insights Manager to lead our competitive intelligence and financial research initiatives while leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. This role combines strategic research, team leadership, and client management to deliver actionable intelligence for decision making.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute competitive & market intelligence research projects using both traditional and AI-powered methodologies
- Conduct in-depth financial research and market analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Drive the adoption and implementation of Generative AI tools to enhance research capabilities and efficiency
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations for internal product DYSTL, identifying market opportunities and potential risks
- Manage and mentor a small team of research analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored insights
- Develop standardized research frameworks and methodologies that can be scaled across projects
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients effectively
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in research, competitive intelligence, or market analysis roles
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in research
- Proven track record of managing multiple research projects and client relationships
- Excellence in financial analysis and market research methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and research platforms
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency with AI research tools and large language models
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with financial databases (e.g., CapIQ, FactSet)
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
SOFT SKILLS
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
