Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and extensive experience in data migration and manipulation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and solve complex problems efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data.

- Perform data mapping, including handling complex scenarios where one-to-one mapping is not possible.

- Collaborate with business SMEs to understand solution complexities and implement ideal solutions.

- Develop and execute data migration scripts.

- Proficiently use SQL and other data manipulation languages to manage and migrate data.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.

- Maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes and 4-6 years of relevant experience in data migration and manipulation.

- Strong analytical and data mapping skills.

- Solid background in data migration scripting.

- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
