Description :Company Description :Mergen Corporates is a trusted ServiceNow Managed Services Partner, delivering end-to-end solutions to help organizations maximize their ServiceNow investments.We specialize in driving digital transformation through proactive platform management, custom development, continuous improvement, and strategic consulting.Our certified ServiceNow experts work closely with clients to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and ensure platform scalability and performance.In addition to our core ServiceNow expertise, Mergen Corporates provides targeted staffing and recruitment services, helping businesses connect with top talent across IT and related domains.Role Description :This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cognos Developer located in Hyderabad and Pune.The Cognos Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Cognos reports and dashboards.Day-to-day tasks include creating data models, extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data, generating detailed analytical reports, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.The Developer will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:- Ability to work with business users and understand business problems & processes.- Experienced with Operations and Support of TM1 instances.- Knowledge of Cognos TM1 v10.2/TM1 Web/TM1 Perspectives.- Must have good verbal communication skills to explain complex solutions to customers.- Experience of capturing requirements for complex reporting.- Experience of documenting requirements in formal requirements documents.- A self-motivated, confident team player who can work independently without supervision.- Experience working with Behaviour Based Development or Test-Driven Development.In this role, you will need:- 5+ Years TM1 Development experience.- 8+ years of overall IT experience.- Good core/mature TM1 development skills.- Develop TM1 objects (Cubes, Dimensions, Business Rules) without using wizard.- Experienced with TM1 performance optimisation (feeder & skip checks).- Strong knowledge of MDX, SQL, Excel, Visual Basic.- Proficient with TM1 Security functionality and is able to design security layer for the data model.- Experience with TM1 Rest API.- Experience with relational databases like SQL Server/DB2/Oracle Database.- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g Python, Perl).- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (e.
