Job Overview:

Atomberg is seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Automation Analyst to drive cross-selling and upselling campaigns and enhance customer engagement and retention. This role will focus on developing automated marketing strategies, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, and launching initiatives like an exchange program for existing customers. The ideal candidate is skilled in marketing automation, has a solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & Campaign Management:

- Build, execute, and optimize cross-selling and upselling campaigns to drive customer value and product adoption using marketing automation platforms.

- Develop workflows to segment customers based on purchase history, engagement, and demographics to deliver targeted, personalized offers.

- Launch and manage re-engagement campaigns and customer nurturing programs to increase customer retention and loyalty.

Engagement & Retention Projects:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback at various touch points, working with cross-functional teams to gather insights and implement improvements.

- Collaborate with product and customer support teams to build and promote an exchange program for customers, aiming to boost retention and offer upgrade paths for existing Atomberg products.

- Identify key customer journey stages for feedback collection and design automated surveys and outreach strategies to improve satisfaction.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of cross-sell, upsell, and engagement campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.

- Use A/B testing and data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, leveraging metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversion, and customer lifetime value.

- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and outcomes of engagement initiatives to stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and enhance customer experience.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop assets that enhance the effectiveness of cross-sell, upsell, and engagement campaigns.

- Work with sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless integration of campaign data and insights into broader customer relationship management Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and using data to drive decisions.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across departments.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cross-selling and upselling in a D2C environment is a strong plus.

- Familiarity with customer feedback collection tools and experience in customer retention projects.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for email and landing page customization.

- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
