Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Manager.Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)Company: Pure NutritionJob DescriptionPure Nutrition, a leading brand in health and wellness, is looking for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to oversee and execute innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to increase brand visibility, drive product adoption, and contribute to revenue growth.Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.- Brand Management:- Enhance brand presence across digital and offline channels. - Oversee brand consistency in packaging, content, communication and visuals.- Campaign Management:- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and influencer marketing. - Measure and report the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights.- Team Collaboration:- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to develop promotional materials. - Manage external agencies and vendors for marketing initiatives.- Digital Marketing:- Drive SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve online visibility and conversions. - Monitor website traffic and optimize content for customer engagement.- Event Coordination:- Organize and manage product launches, webinars, and brand events.Qualifications- Experience: 5+ years in marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or FMCG sector. - Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field is preferred. - Skills: - Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. - Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.What We Offer- A dynamic and collaborative work environment. - Opportunities for career growth and development.If you are passionate about health and wellness and excel at driving impactful Social Media & Marketing strategies, we’d love to hear from youInterested candidates please email your CV to the HR Manager @- Ganeshbhandari@purenutrition.in
