Job Overview

Supro Consulting is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer for full-time positions located in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and Pune. This role is designed for experienced professionals with a maximum of 10 years of work experience. As a Senior Java Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing backend solutions, leveraging your expertise in various technologies and frameworks.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) to develop server-side applications efficiently and effectively.
  • In-depth experience with Spring Boot (Mandatory skill) for creating production-ready applications quickly and effortlessly.
  • Expertise in Microservices Architecture (Mandatory skill) to design, build, and maintain scalable systems.
  • Comprehensive understanding of RESTful APIs and an ability to implement them to provide backend services that are scalable and reliable.
  • Experience in using Docker for containerization, enabling consistent development and deployment across environments.
  • Proficiency with Apache Kafka for developing real-time data processing and enhancing the messaging pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL Databases to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval effectively.
  • Prior experience with J2EE to build, deploy, and manage secure, robust enterprise-level applications.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and services efficiently.
  • Architect, develop, and maintain backend components of applications in alignment with project requirements.
  • Implement robust backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and aligned with microservice architecture best practices.
  • Design and build scalable APIs that integrate seamlessly with front-end systems and third-party services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to enhance the performance and reliability of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and optimized application performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to integrate novel technologies and methodologies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, promoting an innovative and collaborative team environment.
