Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with NGOs, community leaders, educational institutions, manufacturing industries and government bodies to identify and engage potential candidates. - Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, guardians, and employers. - Keep detailed records of candidates’ educational background, profession, and income. - Design and implement outreach campaigns to attract candidates from nearby institutions. - Coordinate with employers for tie-ups and assist students with career guidance and placements. - Travel locally to expand the network and candidate reach. - Support any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.Desired Skill Sets:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic proficiency in English. - Experience in student engagement, data management, and placement coordination. - Good working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Proven skills in employer tie-ups and career guidance. - Preferred experience in automotive, higher education, vocational training, or healthcare sectors.
