We are seeking a visionary leader for our creative team—someone imaginative, practical, collaborative, and passionate about creating immersive human experiences across various mediums. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Define: Lead the creative team, establishing our design and visual communication practice. Seamlessly navigate various formats and media in both mainline and digital arenas. Uphold communication and business goals with innovative yet feasible ideas and designs.Manage and Balance: Balance and manage the input-output ratio of the creative team. Be a key stakeholder in broader decision-making and business strategy.Team Development: Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering leadership and skill advancement. Ensure synergy between the art, copy, and technology departments.Client and Brand Synergy: Build strong relationships with clients and understand their brands to strategize future steps. Identify and produce new opportunities and projects to expand our body of work.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience and Education: Years of experience and formal education are not primary considerations. Demonstrated comfort with visual mediums and design thinking across diverse subjects and brands.Creative Excellence: Ability to create distinguished visual and written ideas, whether static or interactive, and clearly convey direction to the team. A robust portfolio showcasing expertise across various forms and formats of visual and written media.Industry Insight: Expertise in creative platforms with a keen awareness of their evolution.Problem Solving and Communication: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills. Leadership qualities and corporate courage to empower the team to exceed expectations. Excellent work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines.Client Engagement: Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations to clients.What We Are Looking For We seek a creative thinker capable of developing cross-media brand ideas and tactical platform-specific campaigns.
