Job Description :


We are looking for a technical lead who can lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and robust software solutions. Architect and implement front-end interfaces (using React) to create intuitive and responsive user experiences. The lead should have expertise in designing REST API layer and building and enhancing the application's system architecture.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend APIs and services using Django and Fast API to support frontend functionality.

- Work with the design and frontend engineers to develop and enhance web UI, built with React.

- Implement and maintain DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure as code.

- Manage and optimize databases, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL, for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance development processes.

Requirements :


- Extensive experience working with React, Django, and Fast API in production environments.

- Must possess an understanding of message queue systems.

- Hands-on experience in asynchronous task management using Celery (with Redis as broker and backend).

- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation.

- Proficiency in managing and optimizing MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.

- Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.

- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
