Greetings from Teknikoz Experience : 7+Years Shift involved: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PMProject type: Support and Development.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead configuration and support of Kronos modules: Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduling, Accruals, Leave Management, and Attendance. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.Develop and manage WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) interfaces for data exchange.Perform SQL-based reporting, data extraction, and cleansing. Integrate Kronos with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and third-party applications. Strong understanding of pay rules, scheduling logic, accrual policies, and compliance workflows. Proficiency in SQL, WIM, Visual Studio, and integration tools.
