Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform (formerly PureCloud).

- Work with Genesys Cloud APIs to create custom integrations, automations, and workflows that improve business processes.

- Work closely with the Salesforce development team for having to establish an integration between Salesforce and Genesys Pure Cloud.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, system architects, and operations teams, to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.

- Develop and maintain custom reporting dashboards, real-time analytics, and performance monitoring systems within the Genesys Cloud environment.

- Create, configure, and deploy Genesys Cloud Architect call flows, including inbound/outbound IVR systems, routing strategies, and other automated customer service interactions.

- Implement integrations with external systems such as CRM, databases, and third-party applications to enhance the functionality of the contact centre.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Genesys Cloud implementations.

- Stay up-to-date with new features and best practices within the Genesys Cloud ecosystem and contribute to system optimizations.

- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Genesys PureCloud (Genesys Cloud).

- Proficient in working with Genesys Cloud APIs (RESTful APIs) for system integration and automation.

- Experience with Genesys Cloud Architect for call flow configuration and IVR development.

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture, specifically within the context of contact centers.

- Experience with third-party integration tools, such as CRM systems, databases, and messaging platforms.
