Who We're Looking For

If you're passionate about merging design and functionality, crafting seamless, visually enriched websites, and translating brand narratives into intuitive user experiences, we want you on our team. We're seeking a full-time Senior Web Designer to own the design and UX of our digital platforms—partnering with marketing, product, and tech teams to balance usability, aesthetics, and impact.

Key Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • 3+ years in web or UI/UX design (FMCG, D2C, consumer brands preferred)
  • Robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and e-commerce flows
  • Design tool expertise: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Proficient in responsive design, typography, layout grids, color theory, and visual hierarchy 
  • Skilled in wireframing, prototyping (interactive and static), and usability testing 
  • Understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design fundamentals 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS helpful for collaborating with developers and technical feasibility 
  • Excellent communication skills—able to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate across teams
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Accustomed to Shopify

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end design of websites, landing pages, and campaign microsites
  • Create intuitive, visually engaging, and mobile-responsive digital experiences
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and pixel-perfect
  • Optimize user experiences for performance marketing, product launches, and international expansion
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on real-user insights
  • Balance brand consistency with fresh, modern design solutions
  • Stay current with web design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies
