Description : We are currently looking to hire Business Analyst.This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and achieve job satisfaction and work-life Skills : - Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in investment banking, specifically in securities settlement and confirmation.- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, including trade capture, matching, confirmation, and settlement across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).- Familiarity with industry platforms and standards (e.g., SWIFT, DTCC, Omgeo CTM, Euroclear, Clearstream).- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with distributed teams.Key Responsibilities : - Define and own the product roadmap for securities settlement and confirmation platforms.- Collaborate with operations, technology, compliance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into product features.- Lead the development and enhancement of post-trade processing systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., T+1, CSDR, DTCC, SWIFT).- Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environments.- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.- Drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives to improve operational efficiency.- Conduct UAT planning, execution, and sign-off in coordination with QA and business users.- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for securities lifecycle events, trade matching, settlement instructions, and reconciliation processes (ref:hirist.tech)
