Sailpoint Engineer

SourceFuse Technologies hiring Sailpoint Engineer with 4+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions: provisioning, lifecycle automation (Joiner‐Mover‐Leaver), access certifications, and self-service capabilities.
• Develop and automate end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven, Ant) to deploy SailPoint configurations, connectors, workflows, and rules across development, testing, and production environments.
• Build custom connectors/integrations to enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, cloud services like AWS, Azure), APIs (REST/SOAP), and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth).
• Author secure, maintainable code using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for rule, workflow, and report logic.
• Monitor and support SailPoint environments with Tier 2/3 incident response, performance tuning, and proactive alerting.
• Collaborate across Cyber, Engineering, and Business teams to gather requirement, deliver secure IAM capabilities, and ensure governance/compliance alignment.

Core Qualifications:

• 4+ years in Identity & Access Management, with significant hands-on practice building and operating SailPoint solutions.
• Proven experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices, implementing automated pipelines to support code migration and deployments.
• Technical fluency in scripting and development (Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Shell), and integration with directory services, cloud platforms, and APIs.
• Solid working knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes—Joiner/Mover/Leaver, RBAC modeling, access certifications—and regulatory compliance considerations.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and adaptability—all underpinned by Care, Courage, and Commitment.

Nice-to-Have(Preferred)

• Prior experience working within large-scale financial services or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with overall CommBank engineering frameworks such as Continuous Delivery pipelines and culture of automation and quality
• Relevant SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer, IdentityNow Implementation Professional).
• Understanding or exposure to CommBank's Career Pathways, enabling cross-discipline mobility and seniority clarity.
