  • Looking for Workday Technical Analyst with 2+ years of experience in an ERP platform with a proven track record of delivering successful projects at the enterprise level.
  • Workday is preferred platform, Peoplesoft, Lawson, SAP, etc. would be acceptable.
  • Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification (preferred).
  • Basic programming ability in 1+ foundational language (C, C++, Java, Python, C#).
  • Understands compliance-driven configuration (e.g., designing business processes with SOX approval workflows) and audit/reporting needs (configuring Workday reports for auditors, regulators, or compliance officers).
  • Preferred experience with regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, government, publicly traded).
  • Knowledge of access & role-based security (SOX) models (domains, business process security policies, segregation of duties).
  • Handles sensitive data responsibly, including designing secure integrations ensuring APIs/EIBs/Studio integrations don’t expose PII data improperly.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC tools (Jira, ADO, etc.) required.
  • Exceptional judgment balancing short-term v. long-term business needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A team player.
