About the Role : - We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler to design and implement robust data models that support enterprise analytics, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data architecture, modeling techniques, and best practices for scalable data systems.Key Responsibilities : - Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business intelligence and analytics needs.- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to ensure consistent and optimized data structures.- Develop and maintain data marts, data warehouses, and semantic layers.- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable data models.- Define and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and governance.- Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and reusability.- Work closely with ETL teams to ensure data integrity and efficient data flow.- Conduct data profiling, lineage, and impact analysis for model changes.- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to overall data strategy.Required Skills : - Strong experience in Data Modeling for enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and data mart environments.- In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Inmon), and metadata management.- Expertise in data modeling tools such as Erwin, PowerDesigner, or ER/Studio.- Proficiency with SQL and experience with major RDBMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake).- Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data integration frameworks.- Ability to document and communicate complex data structures effectively.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Qualifications : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).- Knowledge of data governance, data cataloging, and data quality frameworks.- Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps tools.
