Job Overview

We are seeking a creative Motion Designer, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor for a full-time hybrid position at our Bangalore Rural location. This role will engage in creating visual content and animations that align with our strategic objectives and enhance our brand's communication efforts. Join us to innovate and produce impactful visual solutions that resonate with our diverse clientele.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with Cinema 4D for developing 3D animations and integrating them into design projects.
  • Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro for professional video editing and production processes.
  • Understanding of 3D Animation principles to develop animations that communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Skill in using Illustrator for creating vector graphics and visual content for varied media.
  • A strong command over Adobe Photoshop for image editing and designing compelling digital artwork.
  • Exposure to Blender for crafting 3D models and animations that enhance multimedia projects.
  • Proficiency in motion tracking techniques to blend animations seamlessly with live-action footage.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create visually captivating animations and motion graphics that align with R2C's strategic goals and clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce cohesive visual campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related software tools.
  • Develop innovative graphic designs for marketing material, leveraging tools like Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Work with 3D modeling software to design animations that bring creative concepts to life dynamically.
  • Ensure the visual consistency of digital products while adhering to brand guidelines and style requirements.
  • Maintain project timelines and communicate progress effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep designs fresh and relevant.
