The ideal candidate will be responsible foroverseeing on-site activities , ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and labor teams, and managing site documentation and reporting.Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day on-site project progress. Prepare and maintaindaily progress reports ,measurement sheets. Manage and controlsite materials and store inventory . Coordinate effectively withclients, subcontractors, engineers, and concerned manager . Ensure work is executed as perdrawings, specifications, and safety standards . Report project issues, risks, and progress updates regularly.Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering(or equivalent). Minimum4 years of relevant experiencein construction site supervision. Proficiency in Quality Control practices and standards Proficiency inMS Excelfor reporting shall be preferred. Strong communication and team management skills. Experience inPre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)is anadded advantage .Salary Range Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- depending on experience and skillset.
