Manager / Senior Manager - Product Management
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager - Channel Banking to join our growing Product Team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the development of our banking products across multiple channels, including digital, mobile, online, and physical touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences, optimize our product offerings, and help scale our product suite to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Vision:
o Lead the product strategy and roadmap for channel banking products (e.g., mobile banking, internet banking, ATM services, etc.).
o Identify opportunities for new product features and enhancements that align with customer needs and business objectives.
o Drive the development and optimization of digital banking products across multiple channels to deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, customer support, and compliance teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
o Work with customer success and sales teams to understand user feedback and drive product improvements.
o Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for customer-centric solutions across the organization.
- Customer Experience:
o Ensure the design and functionality of channel banking products create frictionless, efficient, and user-friendly experiences.
o Regularly review customer feedback, usage analytics, and product performance data to optimize product features and overall user experience.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
o Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for channel banking products, from ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization.
o Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for new product features and enhancements.
o Manage product backlogs, prioritize development initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
o Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products within digital banking and fintech.
o Conduct market research to gather insights into customer pain points, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
o Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against business goals.
o Use data and analytics to make informed product decisions and optimize user engagement and product adoption.
- Compliance & Risk Management:
o Work closely with the legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
o Address security, privacy, and compliance concerns proactively in product development.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with fintech platforms, mobile banking apps, internet banking systems, and API-driven products.
- Product Management Expertise: Experience in Agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and user-centric design principles.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Strong ability to empathize with customers and develop products that address their pain points and needs.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with experience using analytics tools to measure product performance and optimize features.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements for digital banking products, including data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing products in the Fintech or Banking industry.
- Familiarity with APIs, banking integrations, and open banking platforms.
- Certifications in product management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) or related fields.
