Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Shift Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite @ Office, 5:30 PM - 02:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Office Location: Kharadi, Pune, IN 411014

Job Description:

You will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts and creating new business opportunities. Your role will involve prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities for our Global Account Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate interest in our solutions.

Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them according to our ideal customer profile.

Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through continuous communication to advance them through the sales funnel.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Directors.

CRM Management: Use HubSpot to track and manage prospecting activities and pipeline progression.

Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and enhance conversion rates.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, activities, and results to the executive team.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role in a B2B environment, ideally in a software or IT company in India.

Understanding of B2B sales cycles and processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in the B2B marketing or software/IT industry.

Familiarity with Demand Generation strategies.
