Customer Retention & Upgrade– Strengthen relationships and grow portfolio value. Marketing & Activations– Plan and execute learner engagement activities. Channel Development– Identify, develop, and manage business partners. Collections– Ensure timely collection of dues from customers and partners. Customer Relationships– Build trust through regular engagement and feedback. Internal Coordination– Work with operations, delivery, and marketing teams for seamless program implementation. Problem Solving– Proactively address customer issues with transparency. Documentation & Reporting– Maintain CRM, agreements, and daily reporting updates. Field Work– High-energy, on-ground role requiring 100% field presence, 6 days a week. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any stream (MBA/PGDBM preferred but not mandatory). 2–8 years ofB2B sales experience(preferably in education/edtech/FMCG/telecom domains).
