Job Summary:

The position will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instructional materials and programs that meet the needs of our learners. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, conducting needs assessments, and applying instructional design theories and best practices to create high-quality educational content.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create instructional materials including eLearning modules, online/offline courses, training manuals, and multimedia content. Ensure that materials are aligned with learning objectives and engage learners effectively.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy. Facilitate the development and review process.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to deliver content. Stay updated with new tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of instructional materials and programs. Analyze feedback and data to make improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in instructional design and development, including creating eLearning content and using instructional design software.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models and best practices (e.g.Articulate).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Certification in instructional design or related areas (e.g., ATD, ISPI) is a plus.
