communication solutions – print, TV, Radio, PR, Digital & Social Media, Events & Activation - to our

clients. Large number of our clients are companies / bodies of national and international repute and

are generally in government sector or public sector.


Role Description

1) Responsible for the day-to-day operations of media department.

2) Estimating budgets for campaigns

3) Schedule and distribute content across various platforms viz. Newspapers, Magazines,

Television Channels, Radio Channels, Digital advertisements, OOH etc.

4) Monitoring the release of the Ads

5) Maintain relationships with media houses.

6) Offer prompt and efficient resolution of the grievance / complaint of the clients / customer.

7) Negotiate rates from the media houses to improve profitability.

8) Ensure posting of all purchase / media house bills in the account books. Draw periodic

reconciliation of the dues to media houses.

9) Ensure issue of Sales Bills to the clients and coordinate with client service / accounts team

for its dispatch.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Proven experience working as a media operations manager.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Power Point presentations
  • Good E-mail mannerism
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ready for late evening working
  • Ability to speak / read / write Marathi, Hindi
