Job Description : APLC/DCS/SCADA Lead Engineer oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of industrial control systems, leading project teams, ensuring technical excellence, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project goals and production needs.About the Role : Key responsibilities include Networking, system installation, configuring and programming PLCs and DCS, developing control strategies, performing testing (including FAT), managing documentation, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project deadlines.Responsibilities :System Design & Implementation : Design, configure, and implement control systems (DCS/PLC) from initial concept through to commissioning. Project Management : Lead teams, manage project lifecycles, coordinate with project managers, control costs, manage risks, and ensure timely project delivery and acceptance. Technical Leadership : Act as a subject matter expert for control systems, promote best practices, and ensure technical solutions align with project requirements. Software & Hardware Expertise : Develop, program, and maintain PLC and DCS application software, including configuration, troubleshooting, and modifications. Testing & Commissioning : Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), system installation, commissioning, and startup activities. Documentation & Compliance : Create and maintain technical documentation, ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality processes. Troubleshooting & Support : Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems and provide technical support to other engineering and production teams. Team & Stakeholder Management : Lead and mentor team members, conduct training, foster effective communication, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/E&TC Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.Required Skills :Proven experiencein designing and maintaining DCS and PLC systems across the project lifecycle. Technical Proficiency:Expertise in Networking, system installation, DCS/PLC configuration, programming, SCADA systems, HMI development, and control system design. Soft Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge:Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and cyber security in control systems.Preferred Experience- 1 to 4 years in above skills and areasPay range and compensation package : Salary offered up to 7-8 lakhs per annum.Equal Opportunity Statement : We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
