Role Description

We are seeking a highly driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing functions from our Pune office. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, and driving revenue growth. The role also includes conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing promotional activities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.

- Plan, oversee, and execute promotional campaigns and activities.

- Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement/exceeding of sales targets.

- Collaborate with internal departments to align business development efforts.

- Provide periodic reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in B2B/industrial sectors.

- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive a team.

- Excellent market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

- Experience in the filtration industry will be an added advantage.
