Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Site Engineer to oversee and execute HVAC works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems—including VRV/VRF, Chiller Plants, Ducting, and Piping—while ensuring adherence to design, safety, quality, and project timelines.Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site HVAC activities including ducting, copper piping, insulation, and equipment installation. - Execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. - Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of site tasks. - Conduct inspections for HVAC installations such as AHUs, TFAs, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, valves, and controls. - Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material consumption records. - Verify and record site measurements for contractor billing and project documentation. - Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams for smooth MEP execution and conflict resolution. - Ensure implementation of site safety procedures and quality control standards. - Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of HVAC systems. - Review GFC drawings and suggest practical modifications based on site conditions. - Monitor installation quality to ensure conformance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and company standards. - Manage and track delivery of HVAC materials, ensuring proper storage and handling at site. - Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical inspections and approvals.Required Skills & Qualifications- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - 5–10 years of experience in HVAC project execution (commercial, industrial, or institutional projects). - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems such as VRV/VRF, Chiller Plants, AHUs, TFAs, and exhaust systems. - Ability to read and interpret HVAC, MEP, and architectural drawings. - Familiarity with project documentation, installation methods, and quality standards. - Good communication and coordination skills for managing site teams and vendors. - Proficient in MS Office and basic AutoCAD. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.Why Join Us- Sigma Airtech Engineers Pvt.
