Should be able to co-ordinate with respective OEMs to ensure SLA and during break fix Ensure DR replication is in placeShould have good understanding of DR drillsShould be proficient in handling large setup with knowledge on troubleshooting of issuesWilling to work in shifts and travel across various locations in IndiaShould possess good communication skills
