The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client services, handling client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include addressing client inquiries, analyzing client needs, ensuring timely delivery of services, monitoring project progress, and providing feedback and assistance to clients.Qualifications- The candidate should be tactful and must have good PR skill. - Must be flexible enough to communicate with the clients - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must be good enough in Hindi, English and Bengali - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
