Good-to-Have · Agile & DevOps: Understanding and application of agile methodologies. · Technical Documentation: Ability to document technical specifications and designs. · Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and users.SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Development & Maintenance: Create and maintain applications using FileNet P8 technologies to manage enterprise content. 2 System Design & Configuration: Design and administer IBM FileNet P8 and Case Manager solutions, including configuring Content Engine, Process Engine, and IBM Content Navigator. 3 Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives. 4 Integration: Integrate FileNet solutions with other enterprise systems and applications to streamline business processes. 5 Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure the reliability and performance of FileNet applications. 6 Documentation: Create and maintain technical specifications and system configurations. 7 Testing & Deployment: Conduct testing and validation of FileNet applications and support their deployment into production environments. 8 Code Quality: Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability. 9 Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users. 10 Agile Development: Apply agile software development principles and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. 11 Agile & DevOps: Understanding and application of agile methodologies.
