Role Overview: We are looking for a Tech HR Recruiter with a background in finance and tech, experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in company legal policies, capable of reducing recruitment-related costs, adept at organizing team bonding events, and skilled at addressing employee relations proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for tech roles ( Engineering teams, Devops, Designers, editors etc ) Utilize professional networks, online portals, and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
Legal & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruitment guidelines. Keep abreast of legal developments related to HR and implement necessary updates promptly.
Cost Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment channels to reduce costs. Negotiate effectively with candidates, recruitment agencies, contractors and vendors and other partners.
Employee Engagement & Team Bonding: Plan and organize regular team-building activities and events to foster a positive work environment and strong internal relationships.Develop programs that boost employee morale and retention. Employee Relations & Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Mediate and resolve employee conflicts professionally and efficiently.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within Technolog or financial services. Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices. Proven ability to implement cost-saving measures in recruitment. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and event-planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR management or relevant legal compliance. Previous experience working in tech startups or fintech environments.
