Backend Developer

Job Title : Backend Developer (Python+ Odoo) Developer (2+ Years : Type : : 2+ : [e.g., ERP Software, IT Services, Retail, Manufacturing]


Job Summary :


We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo and Python development.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules and integrating third-party tools to meet client requirements. If youre passionate about ERP systems and love solving real-world business challenges through code, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).

- Create new features and improve existing functionalities using Python and the Odoo framework.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party services via APIs (REST/SOAP).

- Perform code reviews, bug fixing, testing, and performance tuning.

- Deploy Odoo solutions and provide post-deployment support.

- Prepare technical documentation for developed features and customizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo development (v12 or later).

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Good understanding of PostgreSQL, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience in Odoo backend and frontend development.

- Familiarity with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module architecture.

- Knowledge of Git for version control.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
