An environment that embraces learning and development The Role D365 Business Central Consultant will be involved in delivering service support to customers in line with their contracted deliverables. you will be providing onsite and remote IT support to our Managed Application Services Customers. This will include Investigation of issues, providing estimates, requirements gathering, writing technical documentation, developing components, peer reviewing code and contributing to the Intellectual Property library. Role Responsibilities Assist the MAS team, Service Delivery Manager and Account Manager to ensure that contractual deliverables are met. Provide onsite support at client locations on behalf of service delivery teams and resolve technical issues Obtain and maintain industry certification Assist in the education, support, and guidance of the client throughout the process, to ensure that our client’s needs are met, and that they are as satisfied with their overall experience as they are with the eventual outcome. Ensure that the backlog remains up to date and accurately reflects the requirements of the client. Help develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the client, ensuring that they are actively engaged throughout. Ensure that the client’s motivations and priorities are clearly understood and reflected to the team Ensure that the delivered functionality accurately meets the client’s requirements and is of a suitably high quality. Contribute to the development of the delivered solution, through configuration and customisation. Provide training and guidance to end-users, or alternative, to ensure a successful roll-out of the delivered functionality. Ensure Utilisation hour targets are met. Strive for high client satisfaction scores. Ensure all work performed is of a high technical and quality standard. Promote Brennan products and services creating new business opportunities. Perform any other task required to fulfil this role. Key Competencies and Qualifications required Minimum 3years experience in delivering Dynamics 365 solutions. Extensive expertise in development using AL language and Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Strong understanding of core ERP modules. Proven experience in integrating Business Central with APIs, Web Services, and Dynamics 365 applications. Skilled in end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, deployment, and post go-live support. Strong functional knowledge of core Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales & Purchase, Ledgers, Chart of Accounts, Warehouse Management, Dimensions, and Reporting. Adept at business process optimization by identifying inefficiencies, recommending process improvements, and delivering effective support and troubleshooting solutions. Knowledge of Power Platform integration (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Good analytical / decision making skills Brennan is an equal opportunity employer.
