Corporate HRBP & Admin are looking at:


Seeking a candidate with over 8 years of experience in an HR generalist role, who has gained comprehensive exposure to all HR activities within a corporate office environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in administrative operations, including managing infrastructure, employee services, and other administrative functions.

Job Description follows below:

- Ensure all processes and procedures are in compliance with professional standards, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Create and implement procedures and practices within the department pertaining to payroll, benefits, budgeting, maintenance of employee records, & HRMS (Human Resource Management System).

- Plan & implement initiatives like KRA - KPI setting, performance reviews & appraisals, and promotions.

- Ensure and act as an interface between Finance and Payroll for timely pay-outs of salaries to the employees.

- Support all business functions and employees with matters relating to HR policies, processes, benefits, payroll, and statutory requirements.

- Monitor budget, utilize operational resources optimally and mobilize resources as per business requirement.

- Ensure abidance to the organizations people & employment related policies by all departments, notify non-compliances, address complaints and resolve grievances of employees.

- Manage external vendors eg. PF, Mediclaim, professional tax consultants.

- Develop highest standards of security & safety systems for all employees, property and assets of the organization.

- Train & develop team members to unleash their potential and provide them growth opportunities.

- Work on any other initiatives shared by seniors from time to time.

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process.

- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the site.

- Nurture a positive working environment

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Ensure to Complete Statutory/Internal/External Audits at all levels.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

- Develops and administers various human resources plan and procedures for all company personnel.

- Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures.

- Prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.

- Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
