Due to new project wins, we are now beginning our recruitment of Site Reliability Engineers to join our Bangalore team.

What will you be doing?

- Designing and implementing scalable network infrastructure

- Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency

- Develop and maintain tools for network monitoring, performance measurement, and alerting

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure network reliability and performance objectives are met

- Conduct root cause analysis of network incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence

- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x7 support for critical network issues

- Continuously improve network performance, reliability, and scalability through proactive measures and innovative solutions

Who are we looking for?

- Proficiency in Python, Go, or other scripting languages

- understanding of enterprise network architecture

- Linux system administration skills

- Expertise with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios)

- Experience with API frameworks and RESTful services

- Relevant network certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP

- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes

- Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies

- Cisco Certified DevNet Associate
