Business Development Executive

As a Senior Business Development Executive specializing in Account Growth, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in account mining and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify new SPOCs through existing clients/accounts
● Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
● Understanding clients business needs/requirements.
● Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
● Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly
● A great team player and go-getter attitude.
Work Experience : 1 - 3 years
Requirement :
● A self-starter with desire for success who can spot new opportunities
● Driven individual motivated by sales results
● Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills with ability to work cross functionally and with a proactive approach to client engagement.
● Well organized
● Strong business sense and industry expertise.
● Excellent customer service, presentation and conflict resolution skills
● Attention to detail, time management, ownership of assigned scope of work
