Job Description : Back-End Developer

Overview :

We are looking for a talented Back-End Developer to join our AI and product development team. The role involves building robust server-side systems for AI-powered web applications, chatbots, and data-driven platforms. You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, front-end developers, and product managers to create scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that integrate advanced AI capabilities into user-facing products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services, APIs, and microservices for AI-driven applications, chatbots, and web platforms.

- Integrate machine learning models, NLP engines, and LLM APIs into web and chatbot applications.

- Develop and manage databases and data pipelines for handling conversational data, logs, and AI training data.

- Ensure smooth integration with front-end interfaces for both chatbots and web applications.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices for web-based and AI-driven services.

- Optimize back-end systems for scalability, performance, and reliability to handle large volumes of user requests.

- Collaborate with front-end teams to enable seamless API-driven experiences in web and chatbot environments.

- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Continuously explore new tools and frameworks to enhance AI-powered web and chatbot solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong programming experience in Python, Node.js, or C#.

- Hands-on expertise with web back-end frameworks (Flask/FastAPI, Express.js, ASP.NET Core).

- Good understanding of front-end integration (React, Angular, or Vue) for web-based solutions.

- Proficiency with databases (SQL : PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL : MongoDB/Redis).

- Experience integrating AI/ML models and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Dialogflow, Rasa).

- Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets for real-time communication.

- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools.

- Understanding of NLP concepts like intent recognition, entity extraction, and conversational flows.

- Version control with Git and experience in CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to web application development with AI-driven features (recommendation systems, personalization engines, chatbots).

- Familiarity with chatbot frameworks (Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Botpress).

- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Knowledge of monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Application Insights).

- Prior experience in developing SaaS products or AI-based web platforms.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective collaboration across AI, front-end, and product teams.

- Ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies.

- Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
