As a Golang Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend systems using the Go programming language. Your expertise in MongoDB will be vital in building and optimizing database structures and queries. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver exceptional solutions. Experience range 5 to 8 years


Responsibilities:


- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Golang.


- Write efficient and clean code, following best practices and coding standards.


- Develop and optimize MongoDB database structures, queries, and indexes.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement RESTful APIs.


- Ensure high performance, availability, and security of the backend systems.


- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose effective solutions.


- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.


- Work closely with front-end developers to integrate backend functionalities.


- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment and operations.


- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Golang and MongoDB.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).


- Proven experience in backend development using Golang.


- Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.


- Proficiency in MongoDB and experience with designing and optimizing database structures and queries.


- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.


- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.


- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes.


- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
