Job Overview :

We are looking for an accomplished SAP BTP/CPI Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP BTP/CPI implementations, focusing on custom iFlows development. This role involves leading multiple project phases, including requirement gathering, system landscape analysis, technical design, and interface - Lead various project stages, ensuring effective requirement gathering, system analysis, technical design, and iFlows development.

- Independently manage Design, Build, and Test activities, showcasing rapid learning and adaptability to new technical components and concepts.

- Develop Integration Strategies for clients using a mix of on-premise and cloud application systems, such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and third-party APIs.

- Employ standard adapters (ODATA, SOAP, REST, SFTP, Mail, JDBC, HTTP(S), etc.) to ensure smooth integrations.

- Use testing tools like soap UI, Postman, Insomnia, WinSCP, etc., efficiently.

- Demonstrate expertise in exception handling for iFlows in BTP environments.

- Guide and oversee team members for skill development, providing monitoring and conducting skill assessments.

- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirement:

- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the field.

- At least 4-5 successful project implementations with SAP BTP, focusing on custom iFlow development.

- Proficiency in developing custom iFlows as per specifications and requirements.

- Experience in formulating integration strategies for various application systems.

- Knowledge of standard adapters and testing tools.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in exception handling.

- Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
