Job Description : Machine Learning Engineer (F/M)

Job description :

Are you passionate about machine learning and want to make a positive impact on our mothership and citizen behaviors ?

We invite you to join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer.

Your main mission will be to deploy and optimize machine learning models in production while measuring their performance and ensuring their scalability.


Your main missions (should you choose to accept them) :

  • Define and Maintain Pipelines : Ensure scalability and deployments of models.
  • Continuous Improvement of Models : Help in the continuous improvement of current models.
  • Data Flow Management : Handle massive incoming data flows.
  • Monitoring System : Improve the monitoring system of deployed models and manage metadata.
  • Cloud Platform Management : Manage cloud computing platforms such as GCP. Experience in cloud architecture or embedded systems is welcome.


Required technical skills :

  • Expertise in Pipeline Creation : Proficiency in Python, knowledge of Orchestration tools is welcome.
  • Cloud Management : Strong knowledge of managing a cloud provider like AWS or GCP for the storing of images. Experience with GCP specifically is a plus
  • Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Google Cloud Build or similar tools.
  • Experience managing artifacts using Artifact Registry / CodeArtifact
  • Containerization : Knowledge of Docker is necessary
  • Model Versioning : Experience managing model versions. Knowledge of MLflow, DVC, or equivalents.
  • Training Computer Vision Models : Experience in training and fine-tuning computer vision models.
  • Data Analysis and Organization : Ability to analyze and organize data.
  • Deployment on Embedded Systems : Skills in deploying on embedded systems are a significant asset, with TensorRT experience being a bonus.


Soft skills :

  • Experience working in environments that use agile methodologies.
  • Proactive and dynamic.
  • Teamwork and coordination skills.
  • Decision-making abilities.
  • Environmental sensitivity.
  • Ability to integrate into a startup and cosmopolitan environment.


Profile sought :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ML engineering in the field of computer vision.
  • Experience in an industrial environment.
  • Language : Fluent in English.
