Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Visualizer to join our design team at Koffeetech Communications. The Visualizer will be responsible for translating concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs across various platforms. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the creative team to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Visualization: Work closely with the creative team to develop and visualize concepts for campaigns, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Design Creation: Create high-quality visual designs, including layouts, illustrations, and graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Storyboarding: Develop storyboards for video content, animations, and interactive media, ensuring a clear visual narrative that aligns with the creative direction.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual designs are consistent with the client's brand guidelines and overall visual identity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign executions.
  • Presentation of Ideas: Present visual concepts and designs to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Research and Inspiration: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques. Regularly seek out inspiration and incorporate new ideas into your work.
  • Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from the creative team and clients, making revisions and improvements to designs as needed.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create visual content.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Visualizer or in a similar design role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and composition.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Experience with 3D design and animation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to translate creative ideas into visual representations that align with brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual design work across different mediums and industries.
