Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to patients’ medical concerns by thoroughly reviewing their medical history, conducting diagnoses, providing appropriate treatment, counseling patients, and making referrals when necessary.
• Order and interpret lab tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality in handling sensitive patient information, including examination results, medical history, and reports.
• Perform minor surgeries as required, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
• Clearly explain medical procedures and prescribed treatments to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Collaborate with medical professionals both within the community and in hospitals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to health education initiatives by providing information and guidance to patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Meet government targets for specified treatments, such as child immunization, by actively participating in healthcare programs and initiatives.
• Engage with pharmaceutical representatives to discuss and evaluate new pharmaceutical products, staying informed about advancements in medical treatments and medications.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the medical field, including new medical technologies, treatment methods, and medications, to provide the highest quality care to patients.
