Description:About The Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Ad Sales to join our growing team at AdCounty Media.The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing advertiser relationships, and driving revenue growth through performance and mobile marketing solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, pitch, and onboard new advertisers across industries.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.- Understand client objectives and offer tailored advertising solutions.- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.- Coordinate with internal teams (campaign, account management, and operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution.- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.- Keep up to date with market trends, competition, and new opportunities in the digital ad Master's/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in ad sales / media sales / performance marketing sales.- Strong network with advertisers, brands, or media agencies.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Understanding of digital marketing, CPI, CPA, and CPM models is a plus.- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
