Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition efforts and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, presenting Aurawoo's offerings, and identifying new opportunities aligned with the company's strategic goals.
This role involves frequent interaction with potential clients and close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, target segments, and competitive positioning.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients showcasing Aurawoo's services and solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately report activity, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, job fairs, webinars, and networking forums to promote brand visibility.
- Provide timely feedback to internal teams regarding market requirements and customer preferences.
- Assist in developing business proposals, partnership models, and pricing strategies for different markets.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in lead generation, B2B sales, or business development.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting detailed market research and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding business goals.
- CRM software experience is preferred (e., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Prior experience in the recruitment, staffing, or job matching domain is an added Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the HR tech, recruitment, or staffing industry.
