Job Description:Roles & Responsibilities:- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital, and brand design. - Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies - Own ideation, conceptualization, and execution of Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns to help drive marketing objectives by leveraging the content to shape the narrative in a visually compelling and provocative manner - Direct and supervise creative from concept through execution along with the Copy team - Manage deliverables and the design team. Collaborate across various teams to achieve the marketing goals - Provide clear creative direction, motivation, and inspiration to the design team - Work on design strategies that are insightful and stimulate good work - Enforce brand guidelines across all internal & external departments including businesses, marketing, acquisition, PR, etc. - Experience in both mainline & digital creative thinking would be preferred - Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to understand creative briefs and generate unique ideas - Knowledge about interiors and current brand trends will be a plusExpertise and Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in copywriting for advertising, digital, and social. - Strong sense of creative storytelling, content writing, user experience, and marketing and possess ideation skills that stretch across various communication media - Experience balancing strategy and copy, leading and managing small projects with art resources. - Ability to thrive as a collaborator/co-creator - willing to shape ideas as well as build on the ideas of others. - Good sense of brand guideline - Project Management - Take ownership of QC of all the assigned work.
