This role demands expertise in Medical device, solution selling and building strong advocacy teams within each hospital. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering customer relationships and ensuring the success of our innovative Mantra Surgical Systems.Job Locations:South Zone: BangaloreNorth Zone: DelhiWest Zone: MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Key Accounts Role & Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed Regional Key account targets for robotic surgery systems.Capable to conduct C-suite meetings effectively.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in corporate hospital chains.Manage the complex sales cycle of Mantra Surgical Systems, from acquisition to upgrades in existing hospitals.Build advocacy teams with surgeons and administrators at each hospital.Ensure seamless transition post-sale to clinical teams for driving procedural volume and growth.Achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional post-sales support.Market Insights:Collect market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to senior management.Travel:Able to travel extensively within your region to meet clients, conduct demonstrations, and attend conferences.Key Qualifications:Experience: 5-10 years in healthcare or capital medical equipment sales (preferably robotics)Education: Bachelor's / Masters degree or equivalent experience.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven track record in capital medical equipment sales.Knowledge of the operating room environment and robotics systems.Attributes:Enthusiastic and results-driven professional.Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.A proactive leader who thrives in a competitive environment.Note: Interested candidates are encouraged to email their updated resumes directly to “jobs@ssinnovations.org”.
