We combine prescription care, nutrition, and lifestyle support with smart integrations such as body composition scales, fitness tracking, and remote consultations through our proprietary app. Our mission is to make safe, effective, science-backed weight loss accessible and sustainable for millions.Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. The ideal candidate has strong experience working in fast-paced environments such as agencies, consultancies, or startups, and is confident managing high-volume and niche hiring.Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates. - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across tech and non-tech roles. - Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels effectively. - Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns. - Conduct initial HR interviews and assess cultural/role fit. - Maintain candidate data and recruitment dashboards. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback loops. - Support employer branding initiatives.Requirements- 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in an agency or consultancy. - Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate engagement. - Ability to independently manage multiple roles and priorities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Proficiency with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals. - Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.What You’ll Get- Opportunity to work directly with founders and growth leaders. - Fast-paced learning in a HealthTech startup scaling nationally. - Exposure to full-funnel growth strategy from acquisition to retention.
