This role involves ensuring that client needs are met, timelines for interiors are respected, and communication flows seamlessly between clients and NDV Group. The ideal candidate will also play an active role in driving sales of our properties and building long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main liaison between clients and @Offices/NDV Group. - Understand client requirements and ensure all needs are being fulfilled. - Address client concerns directly or escalate them internally to ensure quick resolution. - Coordinate with the interior and operations teams to make sure office build-outs are completed according to agreed timelines. - Assist in the sales process, including client pitches, property tours, and contract finalization. - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, corporate leasing, or real estate sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. - A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.What We Offer:- The opportunity to work with a fast-growing leasing brand under NDV Group. - Direct involvement in shaping premium office experiences for top corporates. - A collaborative work environment with entrepreneurial exposure. - Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
