Role: Freelance Upwork Bidder – Salesforce DomainExperience Required: 2–3 Years (Minimum)Engagement Type: Remote / FreelancePreferred Location: Noida / Delhi / Gurgaon (NCR Region)Industry: Salesforce Consulting & Development ServicesOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Freelance Upwork Bidder with a strong background in winning Salesforce projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of proven experience in generating leads, writing winning proposals, and closing deals within the Salesforce ecosystem.Candidates from Noida, Delhi, or Gurgaon (NCR region) will be preferred for better coordination with our core delivery and sales teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBidding & Lead Generation- Identify, bid, and convert opportunities for Salesforce development, consulting, and integration projects across freelancing platforms. - Write high-quality, client-specific proposals with strong understanding of Salesforce services. - Maintain daily bidding activity and ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects. - Generate qualified leads and convert them into active paying clients.Client Communication- Engage professionally with clients via messages, discussions, or video calls. - Understand client business needs and translate them into structured project requirements. - Conduct initial discovery meetings and coordinate technical discussions with internal Salesforce experts. - Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines effectively.Salesforce Project Understanding- Sound understanding of services such as: - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud - Apex, LWC, Visualforce - Integrations using REST/SOAP - Admin tasks, automation, flows - CPQ, FSL, Marketing Cloud (added advantage)Documentation & Reporting- Maintain and refine proposal templates. - Track performance metrics such as bid-to-win ratio, pipeline growth, and conversions. - Share weekly/monthly performance updates with management.Required Skills & Experience- 2–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive in IT (Salesforce domain preferred). - Strong knowledge of Salesforce terminology and project structure. - Demonstrated success in closing medium to large Salesforce projects. - Excellent English communication (written + verbal). - Ability to draft customized proposals that stand out. - Strong negotiation and client-handling skills. - Familiarity with project estimation, timelines, and basic SOW creation.Good to Have- Experience in Salesforce agencies or consulting companies. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project cycles. - Understanding of Salesforce pricing models. - Ability to create basic project documentation.
